Youth Basketball (Ages 4 - 9)
Program is designed to focus on having fun in a safe, non-competitive environment while developing basic basketball skills.

Aquacise
Great way to enjoy the water while you build stamina, strength, and flexibility in a group environment.

Training (Group)
Our Personal Trainers will design an exercise program for you and a friend or family member so that you can reach your fitness goals together!

Training (Personal)
If motivation seems to be inhibiting your success in personal fitness, let one of our personal trainers get you back on track. One hour sessions are available by appointment only.

Total Body Conditioning (Ages 13+)
Done to lively music. This is co-ed program for intermdiate/advanced members of any age. Dance Aerobics is a vigorous enjoyable aerobic exercise program, including muscle toning for super overall workout!

Pilates (Ages 13+)
This exercise format focuses on core abdominal strength, body alignment, concentration, and yoga-like stretching. Pilates creates length in the muscles while building core strength and increasing flexibility.

Step Aerobics (Ages 13+)
BODYSTEP is an atheletic workout that will shape and tone your entire lower body and push your fat burning systems into high gear! Effective and easy to follow moves provide a high energy, atheletic cardio blast that is simple enough for men and women of all ages!

Karate (Ages 5+)
Develop your mind, body, and spirit through discipline, flexibility, and breathing techniques. Builds self confidence, and teaches practical self defense methods.

Yoga (Ages 13+)
This class challenges the body and mind through strenthgning, stretching, relaxing and breathing. Flexibility, strength and muscle tone will continually improv e as your mind, body and spirit work together in harmony.

Dance Combination (Ages 6 - 12)
This popular dance class will allow you to learn the latest hip hop moves and combinations or tap and ballet while having fun on the dance floor.

Volunteer Coaches Needed
Be a mentor to young athletes. We are looking for dedicated individuals looking to help kids learn to play a variety of sports. Your role as a coach is to help support our staff during drills and then to lead the team during games ensuring every child has an equal opportunity to play and learn, provide leadership and serve as a role model for proper sportsmanship and character development. Contact Leticia Torres at Ext. 1710 for more information. For the safety of our children, all volunteer coaches are required to undergo a criminal background and child abuse clearance checks (paid for by the Y) as well as attend a coaches training.
Teen and Tween Nights
Tween Night
Starting September 25th, Tween Night will be held on the last Friday of every month. Join us for food, games, movies and fun with other YMCA members your age. NO PARENTS ALLOWED!

Starting September 11th, Teen Night will be held the first Friday of every month. Join us for food, games, movies and fun with other YMCA members your age. NO PARENTS ALLOWED!
Teen Clubs
Leaders Club
Get the opportunity to meet with peers and discuss the issues that matter to you! Learn valuable leadership skills (public speaking, program planning, team building, etc.) while volunteering in the community and at the YMCA. Attend retreats three times a year at other YMCAs in the tri-state area-even spend a week at the Teen Leadership Training School during the summer! This club meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.
Youth & Government
This is a great program for teens interested in discussing how government and politics effect their lives and the community at large. Program participants will be able to attend a conference where they can participate in presenting a bill to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in Harrisburg, PA. The next Youth and Government meeting will be on September 24th, 2009.
