Our Wellness Coaches will assist you in getting familiar with all of our exercise equipment and program options.  Your Wellness Coach will discuss with you your wellness goals and help establish a beginning program.  Appointments are for new and existing members.  FREE FOR FULL PRIVILEGE MEMBERS!

YMCA ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
If lack of motivation seems to be inhibiting your success in personal fitness, let one of our certified personal trainers get you back on track. One - hour sessions are available by appointment only.  Call extension 1116.

The Coach Approach is a process of developing a commitment to exercise.

A toning class focusing on abdominal and back health.
 


Flex Lite
Beginner
A class especially designed for active older adults and those starting a fitness program.  This total body workout incorporates cardiovascular exercises, including walking, with gentle toning exercises.
 

Interval Express
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
The original 30-minute fitness center circuit combining cardio-vascular and strength training.

Kickboxing
Intermediate, Advanced
A one hour complete cardiovascular workout for the exercise enthusiast!  Bring a water bottle to class.
 

Mat Pilates

Increase strength and flexibility using the Pilates technique. Bring a mat to class.

Multifit

Stay Fit

Stay Fit offers a balanced approach to improving and maintaining overall fitness.  Exercise that increase strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health, and coordination will be set to motivating music. 


Hatha Yoga

Dynamic breathing and high energy movement build strength and flexibility as well as reduce stress.  Bring a mat to class.

Mindful Yoga
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Careful attention to alignment and breathing make this class an important part of any yoga practice.  Beginning yoga students will benefit from the assist technique and more experienced students will gain flexibility and strength through the use of blocks and straps.
