AQUATIC PROGRAMS

 

 

 

 

Lap Swimmers
Faster Swimmers please use lanes 1 and 2 while beginners or slower swimmers please swim in lane 3.  Water walkers will use lane 4.  We also ask that you would demonstrate proper swim etiquette by circle swimming (always staying to the right of the lane) to be courteous to those sharing lanes.  Please do not swim in areas designated for swim classes and lessons.

 

Adult Group Swim Lessons
Monday evenings at 7:00 PM. 
Class must have a minimum of 3-participants to run. 
No previous swim experience is necessary. 
FP: $45

 

YMCA Masters Swimming 
The Aquatics Director is interested in forming a Masters Swim Team for the serious and committed swimmers at the Roxborough YMCA.  Please contact Assistant Aquatics Director, Janet Wright ext. 2137 if interested.  

 

 

 

Water Aerobics

A cardiovascular water workout to help burn calories and tone muscles.  All are welcome!

A joint friendly strength and flexibility class performed in the shallow area of the pool.  60 minute class.
